When first starting out as a social media marketer, it can be quite overwhelming. It seems like it takes forever to manage all of the different profiles, find and create good content, and use your time efficiently. However, it doesn’t have to be that way. There are plenty of great tools out there that will help make your life significantly easier. These are just a few of the ones that we love and can’t live without.

Buzzsumo

Do you have trouble finding good content to share with your followers? Fear no more. Buzzsumo is the single best source for finding and creating strong content. It allows you to search what content is currently trending, how your competitors are performing, and what keywords you should be using in your articles.

Feedly

Another great way to come up with valuable content, Feedly allows you to add blogs to your RSS feed so that you can stay up to date with the latest news and trends in your industry. You can use these trends to create your own content, or you can share the blogs from your RSS feed to give your readers something meaty to read.

Trendsmap

If you feel like you just can’t grow your Twitter account and engage your audience, you are not alone. Plenty of people feel like they are missing out in the Twitter world. However, Trendsmap helps you keep your Twitter relevant. By showing all of the current trending topics in your area/country, not just the topics that show up on Twitter, Trendsmap allows you to keep your tweets engaging

Flipagram

While pictures and interesting text are great, there is currently a shift towards video posts in social media. They are the single best way to increase organic reach right now, and your videos might reach areas that your pictures and text never will. With Flipagram, you can create engaging videos for your audience.

Bitly.com

Bitly does a couple of great things to make your life easier. First, it tracks how many people click on the links that you post. Second, it’s a link-shortening service. For example, if you want to post a Tweet and a link, you’ll run out of space very quick. However, Bitly shortens your link so that you can still include however much text you wanted to include before the link.
